With six years of experience as a State Farm agent and another six as a team member before that, I bring more than a decade of industry knowledge to the table. My husband Jim and I share our home with our two beloved dogs, Asher and Niko, and we love spending our free time exploring the outdoors and going on adventures together. That same passion for connection carries into our office culture — we’re a friendly, growing team with a deep commitment to educating our customers and helping them feel confident in their coverage.

Our office currently has three team members, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where people can truly thrive. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Yesenia Alvarez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
